ABOUT
My journey into real estate began over ten years ago when I tried to sell my first home privately. Things didn’t go quite as planned, and I eventually brought in an agent to get it across the line. That experience taught me more than I expected and left me with a lasting appreciation for the value of having a great agent by your side from start to finish.
DECADES OF DIGITAL MARKETING EXPERIENCE
With over two decades in high-performance digital marketing for global brands like The America’s Cup, Emirates Team New Zealand, Microsoft, Intel, Vodafone, and many others, I bring a results-driven edge to selling homes. I’ve led campaigns that grew audiences by 350%, broke engagement records, and reached millions worldwide — the same strategic thinking, data-led execution, and creative storytelling I now apply to real estate. From positioning your property for maximum impact to leveraging the right channels at the right time, my experience ensures your home isn’t just listed — it’s marketed with precision, reach, and the kind of polish that turns interest into offers.

WORLD CLASS TEAMS
Throughout my marketing career, I’ve had the privilege of working with world-class organisations, including the All Blacks, the Warriors, and most recently Emirates Team New Zealand — where I was part of the team that secured successive America’s Cup victories from 2017 in Bermuda to 2024 in Barcelona.
Working in high-performance environments teaches focus, collaboration, and how to deliver under pressure — qualities I bring into real estate. Now, with The Locals, a consistently top 1% Ray White team in New Zealand, I’m proud to bring that same drive and commitment to achieving exceptional results for my clients.

FANTASTIC FAMILY
A family of seven is definitely not your typical family size — and it wasn’t the destination we first had in mind — but here we are, and we wouldn’t have it any other way. In a family this size, you learn as much as you teach every single day. And as for handling pressure… you haven’t truly experienced it until you’ve travelled with seven people and seventeen bags through Africa. After that, there’s nothing in real estate — or life — that even comes close to that kind of pressure.

WICKED RENOVATIONS
When I’m not helping clients on their real estate journey, my wife and I are usually deep in family life or knee-deep in a renovation project. We love the whole process — from planning and concept design to project management — and whenever possible, we’re right there on the tools making it happen. Over the years, we’ve tackled renovations big and small across all kinds of budgets, transforming everything from kitchens and bathrooms to outdoor living spaces and entire floor plans. Always inspired by new trends, we get a real buzz from turning fresh ideas into reality.

MY PROPERTY JOURNEY
Before I became a real estate salesperson, I was a buyer and seller first.
I’ve stood in your shoes, attending open homes, navigating legal paperwork, paying for building reports, and feeling the sting of missing out on places I really wanted. I’ve bought and sold in all kinds of markets, taken on renovations, and dealt with everything in between. That lived experience shapes how I work today.
Because I’ve been on the other side, I know what matters and what doesn’t. Whether you’re a first home buyer or a seasoned seller, I focus on making the process easier, more transparent, and ultimately more rewarding. It’s still real estate but focused on people, not just property. The result? Practical, down to earth advice, tailored marketing strategies, and a whole of home approach designed around your needs and goals.
One of my recent renovation projects even made OneRoof’s Top 10 Most Viewed Listings of 2024, not because it was flashy, but because I know how to present and position a home to get real attention. It’s the kind of insight I bring to every listing.
